We ship with POSTNL, and the shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany are €7.95 excluding VAT for packages up to 30 kilograms. For other countries, the website will calculate the shipping costs automatically. Orders above €500 are shipped free of charge to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Transport Damage:

Costs for Returns:
The costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
• It is a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product
• It is a product incorrectly delivered by us
Please note: all return shipments must be sent with postage paid. In the above cases, Asat.nl will reimburse the shipping costs to you. Unfranked packages will always be refused by us. In the case of a DOA or incorrectly delivered product, we will provide you with a Return Label so you can return your package free of charge (only in the Netherlands).

You Want to Return Something?
Through the Asat.nl webshop, you can have a product delivered to your home or pick it up at the store without the personal advice of a salesperson. That's why, when purchasing from Asat.nl, you have the right to return a product within 14 days after delivery without specifying a reason. After notifying us of the return, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. A purchase made online is considered a 'distance purchase.'
You can examine an order on the website to assess if the product meets your expectations. If you then order a product that doesn't meet your wishes, you have 14 days to return it or deliver it to the Asat store. You may treat the product the same way you would in a physical store – you can try it out, but not put it into actual use.
When returning a product, you should ensure it is complete, in new condition, and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. Additional purchased services such as software programming or delivery services that have already been performed at the time of product delivery are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
A product does not (fully) meet the return conditions if:
• The product is incomplete as it was delivered in the box
• The packaging or the product is unnecessarily damaged
• The product has been used more than was necessary to assess it (e.g., used or tested).
If you have done more than necessary to assess the item, Asat.nl may charge you for the reduction in value of the product and/or the costs needed to resell the product. This includes resetting a TV receiver or disassembling an HDD that was originally installed.
